W Talent are working exclusively with a dynamic manufacturing business based in Kings Lynn, Norfolk who are looking to recruit a new Maintenance Engineer to join the team. This role is based in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, where you will be key to ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Job Information
The role primarily involves reactive and preventative maintenance with a mechanical bias, although multi-skilled candidates are encouraged to apply. The client is open to candidates from a variety of industrial backgrounds.
Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment across the facility. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs promptly to minimise downtime. Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues before they escalate. Work closely with production teams to support continuous improvement and ensure equipment reliability. Maintain accurate maintenance records and report on completed work. Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment as required. Adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
Key Requirements
