This role sits within a strategic factory team working with a range of equipment—from robotics to high-speed production machinery. You’ll report directly to the Maintenance Manager and collaborate closely with a tight-knit team, benefiting from both global resources and the supportive environment of a local site. A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Engineer As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in executing the factory’s asset maintenance programme. Your focus will be on reducing unplanned downtime, optimising maintenance costs and driving asset performance to world-class standards in safety, quality, cost, and service. Key Responsibilities: Perform reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance to uphold machine condition. Respond to breakdowns and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
