OverviewPertemps Swindon are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our client in Highworth, Swindon. Permanent position. Upto £43,300 d.o.e. Weekly rotating early and late shifts (6-2 and 2-10). Discount company products. Quarterly performance related company bonus scheme. 25 days holiday + bank holidays.ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and improvements on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtimeidentify root causes of failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrenceMaintain accurate daily records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with reporting systems and CMMS / SHIREContinuously seek ways to reduce breakdowns and improve processes through WCM methodologiesAssist operators with maintenance activities and support their understanding of machine functionsQualificationsProven experience within a manufacturing environment18th Edition electrical certification with a solid understanding of the Electricity at the Work RegulationsStrong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical fitting, ELV control circuits, PLC I/O logic, and basic plumbing.Ability to effectively read and interpret Electrical/Mechanical/Hydraulic/Pneumatic drawings and fault-findHow to applyIf you have got the right qualifications for the role then please apply or give our Swindon Branch a call and speak to Aleks #J-18808-Ljbffr
