What you’ll actually do: Fix breakdowns fast, prevent them from happening again. Carry out preventative maintenance like a pro. Work with production teams to make machines work smarter, not harder. Drive improvements that save time, energy, and costs. Keep things safe, compliant, and running smoothly.
Who we’re looking for: Time-served or qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled Engineering Experience in manufacturing (bonus if it’s food production) Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills Hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven Knows health & safety isn’t optional
