Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) – Manufacturing Matlock | £50,551 p/y | Days & Nights Shifts: • Week 1: Days & Nights – 48 hrs• Week 2: Days – 36 hrs• Week 3: Nights – 36 hrs• 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am• 1 in 3 Saturdays – No other weekends! Benefits: • Up to 7% Company Pension• 6x Life Assurance• Sick Pay• Westfield Health Cash Plan• Long Service Recognition – 15, 25 & 40 Years• Option to take 1 week additional unpaid leave• Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave Responsibilities: • Work safely within all risk assessments, training and site procedures• Attend breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance from CMMS• Complete scheduled and condition-based PPMs• Identify and fit replacement parts as needed• Support proactive maintenance across all plant areas What We’re Looking For: • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering• 3+ years’ experience post-apprenticeship in a manufacturing setting• Background in heavy manufacturing preferred• Proven experience in a mechanical maintenance role This role is commutable from: Matlock, Bakewell, Chesterfield, Ashbourne Suited candidates previously hold roles such as: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Fitter, Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Technician, Mechanical Craftsman, Maintenance...
