Role : Maintenance Engineer\n\nLocation: Coventry\nSalary: £49,000 per annum\nShift Pattern: Panama Shift Pattern\n\nWe are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for electrical maintenance to grow within a supportive and progressive environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:\n\nConduct routine electrical maintenance across a variety of systems and equipment\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely\nEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies\nSupport continuous improvement and contribute to maintenance planning and schedules\nWork closely with other maintenance engineers to ensure all systems are running optimally \n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\nProven experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance or a similar role\nStrong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, fault finding, and diagnostics\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nFlexibility and ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern\nRelevant qualifications (e.g. 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) \n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nA supportive and collaborative work environment\nCompany pension scheme\n28 days holiday\nOngoing training and development opportunities \n\nIf you're ready to take the next step in your career and work with a fantastic team as an Maintenance Engineer, we'd love to hear from you
