Are you a hands-on, electrically biased engineer? We're recruiting a number of Maintenance Technicians to join a leading UK manufacturer at their West Bromwich site. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business investing heavily in engineering and career development.
You will need to commit to either one of the following shift patterns with a degree of flexibility to cover holidays and/or sickness.
Continental shift - Days only 7am - 7pm PM shift - Permanent 2pm - 11pm shift The Role Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across site equipment Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime Diagnose and repair faults, carrying out root cause analysis Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Support ongoing site improvements and efficiency projects What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical discipline Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or other fast-paced environments (food sector experience desirable but not essential) 18th Edition Electrical Certificate - an advantage What's On Offer £45,000 - £49,000 salary 33 days holiday (including banks) Ongoing training and development C...
