Maintenance Engineer/Technician (Electrical, Mechanical, or Multi-skilled)Kingspan Insulated Panels is looking for a Maintenance Engineer/Technician (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-skilled) to join our busy Engineering Team at Holywell.In this role, you’ll be key to keeping our site running smoothly, ensuring machinery is maintained to the highest standard and supporting continuous improvement across our Fire Test Centre, PV Assembly, Powder Coat Facility and Shop 1.What you’ll be doing:Carry out electrical and mechanical planned maintenance and repair activitiesSupport installation, modification and upgrade of machinery and equipmentEnsure compliance with HS&E, quality and business standardsDiagnose and resolve faults to maximise uptime and product qualityWork closely with Plant Engineers to develop schedules, manage spares and drive efficiencyMentor Apprentices and support team trainingContribute to RCI and improvement projects across the siteWhat we’re looking for:At least 3 years’ experience in a hands-on engineering roleHNC (or equivalent) in EngineeringExperience with Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Automated systemsStrong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamA proactive, safety-first approach and a positive “can-do” mindsetAt Kingspan, you’ll be part of a global leader committed to innovation and sustainability.
