Join a global FM leader as a Maintenance Fabric Engineer, covering commercial sites in the Highlands. You'll handle general building maintenance with a 70% reactive / 30% planned workload.
Duties of a Maintenance Fabric Engineer Include:
* Free Parking
* Emergency light & fire alarm testing
* Water temp checks, tap flushing, waste inspections
* Basic plumbing: leaks, blockages, tap replacements
* Minor repairs: cracked windows, roof leaks, doors, gates
* Use of PDA to plan your own work
* Client-facing role with support from a 7-engineer team
* Overtime available for quoted works
Requirements of a Maintenance Fabric Engineer
* FM experience in a similar role
* Strong all-round building fabric & plumbing skills
* Full UK driving licence
