Maintenance Engineer – Maintenance & improvement projects Salary: £42,956 + benefits (DAYS) Location: Telford, Shropshire
Reporting to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager, this position is responsible for both managing and supporting maintenance department projects. The role will have both hands-on and contractor management responsibilities dependant on the scale of project and provide support to the maintenance facilities team as required. o Support maintaining team through CAPEX project and process improvement o Leading and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver right-first-time projects. o Leading and supporting maintenance projects to further improve plant KPIs (OEE, machine uptime). o Delivering departmental capex projects and cost reduction projects. o Working alongside the Project Manager you will develop and implement CAPEX projects. o Adherence to H&S policy, procedure, and targets and ensure contractors adhere to same.
