Job Title: Maintenance Support Engineer

Location: Samlesbury

Salary: £41,361.00

What you’ll be doing:

· Departmental financial management for Coupa and Amex transactions including supplier engagement, financial commitment and receipt, financial statement reconciliation and reporting, through to financial audit support for the Samlesbury based Maintenance team

· EAM and Tableau workload management, ensuring management of planned and unplanned job tickets including creation, printing, completion and recording within EAM, and reporting and management of overdue planned work

· Monitoring workload performance, schedule adherence, and key production equipment KPI reporting

· Supporting compliance activities, including ISO55001 Asset Management, AS9100 Quality audits, Document Record Management, Bureau Veritas defect reporting, and WFM policy adherence

· Providing administrative support across contractor management, training matrix upkeep, departmental workwear requirements, and standard presentation/communication packs

· Assisting with site operations, including visitor facilitation, travel management, and security compliance

· Supporting the Maintenance SHE Team with health surveillance planning, plus preparation of monthly business and customer review packs

Your skills and experiences:

· BAE toolset system knowledge of Coupa, CPA, WFM, SF, JIRA, SharePoint

· Competent IT skills and an ability to accommodate new toolsets

· Good understanding of how an Operations Maintenance team operates and supports manufacturing operations with asset management principles

· Ability to understand, interpret, assimilate and navigate differing stakeholder requirements, with a demonstrable capability to prioritise workload accordingly

The Operations Maintenance Team:

As a Maintenance Support Engineer within the Operations Maintenance Team, you will be based at our Samlesbury site, to provide technical problem solving, CI and maintenance toolset optimisation in support of manufacturing asset capability and sustainment.

The Operations Maintenance team is accountable for asset management and the sustainment of manufacturing plant and equipment across a range of aircraft programmes. Within this scope, the team is responsible for the coordination of planned internal and outsourced asset maintenance, service records and document management, supporting activities to ensure asset resilience, availability and reliability, facilitating targeted root causes of equipment failures and reliability centred maintenance (RCM) studies into business critical plant and equipment.
