Wood is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Support Engineer to support our client’s Operations and Maintenance team on fixed term contract role.

Hybrid working - 3 days working from Aberdeen

Expected: 

  • Understanding of maintenance processes and systems
  • Front line Work preparation experience
  • Understanding of optimisation of Preventive maintenance strategies
  • Relevant degree or TOPPS programme graduate
  • Strong and visible Safety Leadership behaviours
  • High level of personal integrity and respect for others with the courage to speak without fear and deliver enterprise first outcomes
  • Demonstrated track record of collaborative behaviours and strong influencing skills
  • Effective communications skills
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills
  • Detailed knowledge of the PME process and SAP
