Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Permanent) Location: London Salary: £40,000 – £43,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) PRS Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with mechanical knowledge to join one of our prestigious clients on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems within commercial buildings Undertake fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical plant and equipment Support with mechanical systems such as pumps, motors, fan coil units, and air handling units Complete minor installations, repairs, and system upgrades Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Maintain accurate records of all work using the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)Requirements: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within commercial building services NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (advantageous) Working knowledge of mechanical plant and systems Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and a professional approach Willingness to work day and night shifts when requiredWhat’s on Offer: Permanent, full-time employment Competitive salary of £40,000 – £43,000 per annum Opportunities for training and development The chance to work with a leading organisation in the building services sector This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company that values its employees and provides ongoing training and support.
