We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead technically complex, high value projects for one of our Defence manufacturers.
Acting as a primary technical contact, you’ll define manufacturing methods, drive best practice, and ensure delivery on time, right first time, and within cost. You’ll liaise across engineering, production, and quality teams to deliver precision-engineered solutions in a highly regulated environment, while continuously improving processes and performance.

Manufacturing Engineer Job Description
Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to deliver precision-engineered solutions Utilise past skills, knowledge and experiences to provide practical support to the CNC team. Establish methods of manufacture for required items and transfer these through to effective manufacturing routings Monitor performance of right first time, costs and delivery at all times Manufacturing Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Familiar working within a highly regulated manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of CNC Machining techniques Prior experience managing technical projects from concept to delivery Manufacturing Engineer Benefits
