The Manufacturing Engineer manages and improves manufacturing processes using continuous improvement techniques to reduce costs, enhance quality, and support production updates. They provide technical support, oversee PFMEA updates to AIAG & VDA FMEA standards across multiple sites, manage production issues, and collaborate with teams to implement process changes while ensuring minimal impact on production delivery. Manufacturing Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Qualified in a related engineering discipline to HNC/HND Level as a minimum Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing / launch engineering Strong understanding and knowledge of PFMEA and/or AIAG & VDA
