A Snapshot of Your Day As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll support our Test Department operation based in Lincoln, helping to develop our Industrial Turbo-machinery business within Siemens Energy. How You’ll Make an Impact Promote and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with current health and safety legislation. Lead and support initiatives focused on safety, cost reduction, quality, and efficiency improvements. Create and develop SAP routings to ensure smooth process flow. Drive continuous improvement using LEAN tools, supporting projects from planning through to execution. Develop and utilise digital production systems to enhance operational performance. Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce interventions and improve outcomes. What You Bring HNC or Degree in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering.
