As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll be the driving force behind process optimisation and continuous improvement projects. You’ll work with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest standards while reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and supporting the introduction of new technologies.
You’ll be directly involved in:

Enhancing production systems to boost quality, safety, and productivity.

Leading projects that bring in new technologies, equipment, and processes.
*
Driving Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to streamline workflows and cut waste.
*
Supporting new product introductions and embedding design for manufacture principles.
*
Partnering with stakeholders across UK and global teams to deliver measurable improvements.

What you’ll bring
*
Background in engineering or manufacturing, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent) experience.
*
Strong project management and problem-solving skills (Ishikawa, DMAIC, 5 Whys, Pareto).
*
Proficiency in MS D365 and a good understanding of Industry 4.0 tools.
*
A collaborative approach, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
*
A proactive mindset with the ability to balance hands-on problem solving and strategic thinking.
