We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company in a dynamic role supporting manufacturing excellence. You’ll play a pivotal role in extensive manufacturing department while contributing to process optimisation and lean manufacturing initiatives. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, resolve challenges, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities: Support production by refining manufacturing processes to ensure relevance, efficiency, and lean practices. Source equipment and perform engineering tasks to maintain smooth operations. Collaborate with the Obsolescence Team to identify and replace outdated components. Plan, prioritize, and optimize resources to meet deadlines and business needs. Maintain accurate documentation, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
