A bespoke Special Purpose Machinery manufacturer in the West Yorkshire region are looking for a high-level Manufacturing Engineer to join the next wave of company growth. This company are part of a global group and design high-tech equipment used across a range of specialist sectors.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll report directly to the Manufacturing Manager and be tasked with overseeing and improving the companies manufacturing operations. This will include the design of new systems whilst overseeing process improvement, cost reduction & DFM, production equipment support, tooling design (3D CAD), technical support and quality assurance.   Alongside a strong salary and excellent benefits package, this company offer excellent opportunities to progress into Senior Engineering appointments.

Manufacturing Engineer Requirements:

HNC/Degree within Engineering (or related experience) Previous role within Manufacturing Engineering CAD – 2D & 3D (desirable) Quality, Process Improvement, Technical Support DFM & DFMA Lean Manufacturing Techniques (5S) – desirable Benefits of the Manufacturing Engineer role:
