An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at our site in Edinburgh. 

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our space clean room environment working on some of the most cutting edge technology within the space sector. This is a great opportunity for someone from either a space background or potentially a manufacturing and engineering discipline to join our company with great prospects. 

  • Creating most efficient way to make our made to order products.
  • Ensure assembly instruction are generated and implement projects from the engineering team. 
  • Generate manufacturing jig and fixture design. 
  • Control workloads to ensure production requirements are achieved on time. 
  • Using SAP for generation and checking of production routes and procedures.
  • Generating production documentation for assembly procedures, test procedures etc
  • Knowledge of production equipment commissioning and set up. 
  • Understand and experience of test software set up and equipment manufacture.
  • Production Engineering Experience – ideally small part assembly or dealt with PCB/Electronics
  • Relevant qualification in a relevant discipline or time served experience
