The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the task and line management of the production engineers within our Gosport site. You will manage the Development Plan process. Lead daily tactical activities (MRB, Task Review, NCR, process reviews, NPI etc.) as well as strategic initiatives across the Production Engineering function for the plant (PFMEA, TPM, and Tool Management, Product Transitions / Robust process Creation / Improvement Initiatives). Individual project(s) including procuring new equipment, equipment upgrades, process improvements as well as robust corrective actions utilising the companys quality tools.

Essential Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement, and improve safe and environmentally responsible manufacturing processes utilising industry standard practices. Utilising processes to ensure that components and assemblies meet all internal and external customer quality specifications (Customer requirements, AS9100, and NADCAP).
