Location: Bristol Department: Engineering Reporting To: Manufacturing Group Leader - NPI Travel Requirements: Some travel may be necessary between company sites, Customers, and Suppliers A specialist manufacturer renowned for producing high-complexity, ultra-tight tolerance components primarily for the aerospace, power generation, and airframe sectors, is now seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing business. The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in enhancing their already impressive manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Process Development & Optimisation: Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for aerospace components. Create and maintain 3D models and CNC programs using CAD/CAM software. Evaluate and improve existing production methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Technical Support: Provide hands-on engineering support to production teams. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
