Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our site in Wrexham, you’ll report directly to the Engineering & CI Manager. You’ll be responsible for standardization of production processes, development of production parameters, optimization, daily checks of quality & control parameters of the products in the lines, and supporting production.

You will be responsible for:

  • Industrialization of new products, setting production parameters

  • Preparation/updating of documents and procedures

  • Reducing production costs while delivering a high-quality product

  • Resolving quality problems and deviations

  • Participation in the commissioning of equipment

  • Daily communication and collaboration with Production

  • Technical support for customers

    • You are the right fit if you have/are: 

  • Ideally hold a degree in an Engineering/Technical discipline, however not essential.

  • Proven knowledge of efficiency-enhancing principles/tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation capability. 

  • Highly self-motivated, with a keen, hands-on approach.
