The company provide medical mobility equipment for both domestic and commercial clients, these include stairlifts, hoists, slings and other crucial devices. Due to the nature of the business, taking care of their employees and nurturing their development is the key to their growth and long term business strategy. This varied and autonomous role, you will be responsible for developing and optimising assembly processes, identification and implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives, spotting assembly line issues, collaboration with Quality and R & D teams and analysing data to drive continuous improvement strategies. This is a Monday to Thursday 8AM-4:30PM shift, with a 1:30PM finish on a Friday.
