looking for a dynamic Manufacturing Engineering Support Technician to join a forward-thinking team that thrives on innovation and continuous improvement in a high-performance manufacturing environment.


In this hands-on role, you'll drive best practices on the production floor, solve quality and efficiency challenges through root cause analysis, and develop robust process solutions using tools like PFMEA, control plans, and process flows. You'll also bring designs to life using CAD software—creating jigs and fixtures, updating floorplans, and performing virtual builds. With a strong emphasis on health and safety, lean manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration, you'll play a key role in shaping smarter, safer, and more efficient production systems. Ideal candidates will have experience in assembly and testing processes, a solid grasp of safety controls, and familiarity with quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with assembly, testing, or finishing processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for designing jigs, fixtures, and updating layouts.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis using tools like: 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
  • Skilled in developing and documenting: Process flows, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Control plans
