Manufacturing Engineer Location: Farnborough Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Farnborough facility. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes and supporting both day-to-day production and strategic projects. Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer: * Design and implement efficient, cost-effective manufacturing methods and processes. * Support production with tooling, fixtures, and process improvements to ensure Right First Time standards. * Manage quality control documentation and compliance with industry regulations. * Analyse performance data to drive continuous improvement. * Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve production challenges.
