The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering NPI and CI projects, improving existing process/products and delivering business KPI related to safety/quality/cost/delivery.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry, metallic detail manufacturing and final assembly\nConsiderable experience in any two of the following areas: General assembly and fabrication, sheet metal forming, CNC machining, heat treatment, welding, EDM\nExperience in aerospace manufacturing, FAIR, PPAP and AS9100\nExperience in managing projects and risks\nUnderstanding of problem investigation tools (PFMEAS, RCA, 8D, 5 Whys etc.)\nUnderstanding of engineering drawing and GD&T \n\nBenefits:\n\n£45,000 - £52,000 per annum DOE\n25 days holiday + bank\nPension
