Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role within our manufacturing team, focusing on improving existing processes and introducing new ones to maintain our high standards of product quality. This role is critical to ensuring smooth production flow by resolving on-line issues through best-practice problem-solving and root cause analysis, followed by the implementation of effective, innovative manufacturing solutions.

With a continuous improvement mindset, the Manufacturing Engineer will strive to enhance all aspects of the facility's operations, ensuring on-time, right-first-time delivery to our customers. In addition to driving process improvements, the role also involves taking ownership of manufacturing project delivery, offering a varied and impactful scope of work.
