Key Responsibilities Provide lineside support to a fast-paced production line, driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting cycle time efficiency projects. Troubleshoot and resolve recurrent technical issues alongside production teams. Plan, control, and manage manufacturing processes to optimize performance and meet operational targets. Manage daily technical issues including missing parts, non-conformities, concession management, maintenance, and tools. Perform work order management for out-of-cycle work and escalate recurrent issues when necessary. Support capacity management to adapt to product lifecycle changes and team needs.
