• Driving New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, turning concepts into production reality.

• Developing and improving sheet metal manufacturing processes.

• Creating clear, practical process documentation and work instructions.

• Rolling up your sleeves to provide hands-on support on the shop floor.

• Solving problems, removing bottlenecks, and making processes leaner, safer, and more efficient.

• Ensuring everything we do meets AS9100 and aerospace quality standards.
