Manufacturing Engineer - Initial 12 month contract

Salary: £32.47 DOE (inside)

Location: Glasgow

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be doing:

Take a 'Zero Defects' approach in all day to day activities. Develop, implement, validate, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes Create, maintain and/or govern elements which clearly define the manufacturing process and control them effectively. Capture, analyse and use data to demonstrate and improve manufacturing processes.

Experience and skillset - Manufacturing Engineer

Qualified to HNC level in an Engineering subject or with experience Computer literate and able to communicate effectively at all levels on technical issues. General awareness of Manufacturing Systems 'Lean Principles' understanding Continuous Improvement mindset Ability to read technical drawings related to manufacturing/repair process.
