Copello are working with an International defence client who are seeking a motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, implement, and optimise manufacturing processes for antennas, avionics, logic control units and associated technologies.

As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise to enhance design and manufacturing efficiency while ensuring the production of high-quality products. Collaboration will be central to the role, as you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, including design, quality and production, to align objectives and streamline operations.

Key responsibilities

Manufacturing Support

* Provide real-time technical support to resolve production issues related to paint and test processes, including equipment failures, quality concerns, and process inefficiencies.

* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime and improve reliability.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with teams (e.g., Quality Control, Production, Maintenance) to address and resolve production challenges.

* Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
