Project Lead / Manufacturing Engineer (NPI/NPDI Lead)

We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead NPI/NPDI projects in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You’ll be responsible for introducing new customer requirements and products, ensuring they are effectively integrated into existing manufacturing processes, while working closely with major aerospace clients.

What you’ll do:

Lead NPI/NPDI projects from planning through to delivery. Liaise with customers on technical requirements and provide progress updates. Delegate and oversee tasks within the engineering team. Prepare documentation, SOPs, and project plans for new or updated processes. Provide technical input across pressing, forming, welding, and fabrication.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience leading NPI/NPDI projects in aerospace manufacturing. Strong knowledge of forming, welding, and fabrication processes. Hands-on skills in cost estimation, drawings, routes, and customer approvals. Strong communication and customer-facing experience.

Aerospace experience is essential. DBS and Right to Work checks required.
