We are currently working for a pioneering business who are seeking an experience Manufacturing Process Engineer to work at their facility in Peterborough, the role will be involved in driving operational excellence and making a real impact on manufacturing performance. Due to the expansion of our clients team this is a great opportunity to work in a Manufacturing Process Engineer capacity to support our client deliver world-class processes, innovation, and efficiency across our operations.

What you’ll be doing

As a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will:

Take ownership of designated processes, driving efficiency, quality, and throughput improvements. Identify and eliminate waste while embedding continuous improvement (CI) practices. Lead or support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring smooth integration into production. Support Capability Acquisition (CA) by implementing new technologies and processes. Develop and maintain process documentation such as flow diagrams, PFMEAs, control plans, and SOPs. Champion standardization and compliance to quality and operational standards. Initiate and manage shopfloor improvement projects with clear scope, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor and analyse production KPIs to support data-driven decision making.
