Pertemps technical are recruiting for aManufacturing Process Engineer on behalf of our client to join their manufacturing team based in Bradley Stoke. This role supports production operations by improving manufacturing processes, facilitating new product introductions, and leading efficiency and ergonomic improvement initiatives.

Location: BS32 Bradley Stoke Annual Salary: £46,000-£48,000 DOE Shift: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm ASAP START

Key Responsibilities Develop, refine, and optimize production processes, work instructions, and tooling specifications to enhance productivity, quality, and repeatability. Support smooth new product introductions by collaborating closely with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure manufacturability and assembly efficiency. Identify and implement cost-saving measures by streamlining processes, reducing waste, improving material usage, and minimizing downtime. Utilize Creo to update, optimize, and validate technical drawings, 3D models, and assemblies, ensuring accurate documentation for manufacturing. Manage design changes and product data through Windchill PLM or equivalent, maintaining data integrity and effective communication across departments.
