What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the transition from concept to production for new and improved products. Manage cross-functional project teams including design, prototyping, and fabrication. Oversee the full NPI lifecycle using a structured 8-stage gate process. Design and deliver jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support efficient manufacturing. Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Drive engineering change processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion automation and innovation to enhance quality and throughput.What You'll Bring:
