Elevation Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a globally renowned manufacturing organisation in their search for a Manufacturing Project Engineer. This role is critical in supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) activities, translating concept designs into cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing outputs. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of project delivery, lead cross-functional engineering teams, and play a key role in the launch of innovative new products.
What You’ll Be Doing: Lead NPI projects through the full stage gate process, ensuring cost, quality, and delivery targets are met Drive timely delivery of project objectives by assigning and overseeing design/prototyping tasks Manage the design and build of new jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support product launch Coordinate key manufacturing deliverables: DFM reviews, BOMs, SOPs, tooling, training, and inspections Work closely with R&D and Production to resolve manufacturing challenges early in the de...
