Job Description: Manufacturing Services Engineer

What you will be doing

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate individual, ready to take on the challenge of Manufacturing Services Engineer for Engine Overhaul Services (EOS) in Derby. You will work closely with the designated Manufacturing Services Leader and Maintenance engineers to deliver the Manufacturing Services objectives, providing data analysis and identifying opportunities to improve performance and cost savings through project implementation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate aspects of external Service Provider partnerships in line with business requirements and standards.
Support the implementation of Health & Safety Standards, potentially acting as Responsible Person (RP) or Assistant RP.
Manage business requirements for Manufacturing Services functional lines.
Utilize IT systems effectively to support manufacturing activities and communicate via digital tools.
Interface with Fluid Management Service Providers at cell and plant levels to ensure service levels are met.
Oversee Engineering Inspections and Calibration requirements, monitoring Service Provider performance against SLAs.
Develop contracts and SLAs for external Service Providers.
Monitor performance of Group Property's Integrated Facilities Supplier against business needs.

Who we're looking for

Level 3 qualifications in engineering or maintenance.
Experience in functional support groups and managing external Service Providers.
Proven track record of delivering results and negotiating with external partners.
