Marine Engineer – Southampton

I’m working with a fantastic marine engineering business who are growing fast and need to expand their close-knit team. They’re a small but busy company, based in Southampton, with a reputation for quality and a wide client base that spans from private boat owners to major UK boat builders in both the leisure and commercial sectors.

They’re now looking for a skilled Marine Engineer to join the crew. This role will see you carrying out service, diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, and installations both in the workshop and out on site – so no two days will ever look the same!

What they’re looking for: Ideally, a Marine Engineering Apprenticeship (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) 🔹 Solid knowledge of systems onboard vessels up to 30m A natural problem-solver with a proactive, hands-on attitude
