My client is hiring for a new Model-Based Systems Engineer on a permanent basis to build their first ever Systems Engineering Team. This is a particularly exciting role because you'd have the chance to shape, develop and lead the adoption of MBSE practices over the next 5 year period.

The Role:

As a Model-Based Systems Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of a major digital transformation initiative. You'll take ownership of developing and applying MBSE practices, supporting colleagues in adopting new tools, and ensuring digital continuity across the lifecycle of complex engineering systems.

Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining system models to support design and simulation. - Introducing and guiding best practice in MBSE methods (SysML, Rhapsody, Simulink). - Supporting the creation of "digital threads" and single sources of truth for engineering data. - Working with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and manage system requirements. - Leading projects that validate and verify digital models.
