We are recruiting for a Mechanical Assembly Engineer to join a well-established aerospace company based in Poole, Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable organization that specializes in precision engineering for the aerospace industry.
Salary: £14.00 - £16.50 per hour (depending on experience and skills) Hours: Flexible start times (7:00 AM or 8:00 AM) with corresponding finish times (4:00 PM or 5:00 PM). Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week basic, with options to condense hours into fewer days.

Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Assembly Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Performing sub-assembly of machined components to meet aerospace standards and requirements. Tasks such as:
Staking bearings. Installing Heli-Coils. Valve assembly. Beading using sealants (e.g., PR1770).
Conducting self-inspection and testing of finished products to ensure quality and compliance. Reading and interpreting 2D drawings and assembly instructions/techniques.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
