The Opportunity
Right now, it’s an exciting time to join our Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) Engineering Services discipline. We’re growing our mechanical building services engineering team to take on new challenges and deliver even greater impact across a wide variety of projects and sectors.
You’ll get involved in everything from:
Shaping sustainable designs – from pre-planning advice to renewable energy and low-carbon solutions.
Delivering technical excellence – from concept through to detailed design, across multiple procurement routes.
Driving quality onsite – monitoring installations, testing, commissioning, and verifying performance.
Embracing digital delivery – working in BIM environments and integrating design into common models.
Adding long-term value – supporting asset management, carbon reduction, and post-occupancy energy performance.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone ambitious, curious, and ready to make an impact. You’ll bring:
A technical background in mechanical building services engineering, with experience in calculations, sizing, and design.
Good knowledge of CIBSE guidance, building regulations, and British Standards, with awareness of sector-specific requirements like HTM for healthcare.
Strong IT and design software skills – from IESVE and AutoCAD to Microsoft Office and BIM-focused tools.
A team spirit, alongside the confidence to work with a degree of independence.
A professional presence at client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
A full UK driving license.
