Job Summary The Mechanical Building Services Engineer will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and installation of all mechanical ventilation and air handling systems across the complex. This role is crucial in ensuring optimal air quality, temperature control, and compliance within specialized spaces, including sound stages, production offices, and data facilities. The successful candidate must possess deep technical knowledge of large-scale ventilation systems and an unwavering commitment to health and safety regulations, particularly within a busy, high-end production environment.
