Operating in a nuclear environment that demands a meticulous focus on quality and safety and in accordance with project and company governance. Will need to apply for SC security clearance through the national vetting authority if not currently held. This could postpone start date. CSCS card in relevant field Work 5 days a week on site. Manage & co-ordinate test & commissioning activities. Produce commissioning progress reports. Supervise onsite commissioning activities to ensuring safe, compliant, and accurate testing is achieved. Write and Review Commissioning procedures and Safe System of Work for suitability of the activity. Prepare and Submit Commissioning Documentation for presentation to the Testing & Commissioning Panel for review and approval Can spot dangerous occurrences before they happen, i.e. no shielding on moving parts or Live terminals and implement control measures. Plan onsite commissioning activities including having an approved commissioning procedure, an approved Safe System of Work and co-ordination with other working parties including attending site planning meetings.
