What youll do: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive mechanical maintenance across building services systems.

Work on a range of equipment including HVAC systems, pumps, valves, AHUs, fan coil units, and chilled water systems.

Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Support the wider engineering team and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

What youll bring: Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer within commercial or corporate environments.
