Key Responsibilities
Delivering detailed mechanical design as part of a multi-disciplinary team Collaborating closely with structural engineers, architects, and contractors Attending technical and project group meetings Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legislative building standards Advising on energy efficiency and sustainability Designing bespoke mechanical systems for specific sites/projects Overseeing installation and specifying maintenance procedures Using industry-standard design tools including CAD and BIM (Revit) Conducting condition surveys and preparing client reports
