We’re working with a highly respected MEP consultancy that’s looking to expand its Birmingham office with the appointment of a Mechanical Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, design-led team working on a wide range of high-profile projects across the UK.

With a multidisciplinary setup and a strong pipeline of work across sectors such as commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and more, the role offers real variety and the chance to make a visible impact from day one.

You’ll be responsible for supporting and delivering well-coordinated, cost-effective mechanical design solutions across a diverse range of projects. Working alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your own work and contribute meaningfully to team output and project success.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in mechanical building services design
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical services
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment with a collaborative mindset
• Competent in design software including Revit and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and relevant British Standards
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
• Prior consultancy experience is essential
