What You'll Do: * Lead mechanical building services design for residential and hospitality schemes-from initial concept through to detailed design, coordination, and documentation * Deliver compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and sustainable design targets * Collaborate closely with structural, electrical, and architectural teams, ensuring seamless integration * Organise and participate in technical design reviews with both internal team members and clients * Incorporate sustainability measures and innovate solutions to optimise energy performance * Assist with coordination in BIM environments and resolve technical clashes effectively * Support junior engineers, offering guidance and contributing to their development
