What youll do Design 3D parts and assemblies in AutoCAD Inventor with a focus on Design for Manufacture (DFM) Review mechanical stack-ups, interfaces, and tolerances to meet customer specifications Perform mechanical calculations (e.g. fasteners, probe gram forces) Consider material/component costs during design and communicate with Sales for margin analysis Create and maintain accurate BOMs in the ERP system; manage revisions via ECOs Develop manufacturing work instructions and SOPs for production Support Procurement with technical material specifications
