Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer with Casting design experience looking for a 6-month contract with an international leading company operating in a fast-past and exciting industry.

Do you have casting design experience and a background in AutoCAD/Solid Edge software? Are you looking to take the lead on exciting, future focused projects?

The company are a global leading manufacturer. Due to the winning of a large-scale project, they are now seeking an experienced Design Engineer to help take the technical lead.

You will be responsible for casting design of mechanical / electronic components. You will ensure designs meet quality, compliance and environmental standards. You will be required to be on site 3 days a week minimum. This is a 6-month initial contract with the potential to extend.

This would suit a Design Engineer with casting experience looking for a 6-month contract with a global business, working on groundbreaking projects.

The Person

• Bachelors or Master\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Casting design experience.
• Commutable to Bath office at least 3 days a week.
